Many users have reported that PostureMinder started throwing up unhandled exception errors since 29th February 2008

Please upgrade to the latest version of PostureMinder now to solve this problem and also benefit from significant improvements to PostureMinder. To upgrade:

• Quit your current version of PostureMinder if it is running
• Download the appropriate version of PostureMinder here
• Run the downloaded file to install the new version
• Start benefiting from the new, improved PostureMinder!

If you do not want to upgrade at this time, you can still use the majority of the features of older versions by completing the following steps:

• quit PostureMinder if it is running
• go to C:Program FilesPostureMinder
• run PostureMinderReset.exe and click the "Reset PostureMinder" button
• start PostureMinder and go immediately to the Control Centre and Settings
• under the Posture tab, make sure that "Enable daily report" is un-checked
• under the Hydration tab (Business Edition only), make sure "Enable hydration tracking" is un-checked
• under the Ergonomic Training tab, make sure "Remind me to refresh my training" is un-checked
• in the Control Centre, do not click on Statistics until an update has been released
