Break
reminders
Taking regular breaks from the computer
is key to protecting your health. The longer you spend without a break, the
more fatigue and damage will build up, and the greater your risk of developing
aches, pains and more serious RSI conditions. You're also more likely to
get tired eyes, headaches, and start making more mistakes as your concentration
is affected
Ideally, you should take regular short breaks of 5-10 minutes' duration
every hour. Use these breaks to get up and walk away from your computer, do
some simple stretch exercises, or even just switch to a non-computer based task
for a while - a change is just as good as a rest
